We started out with a two month vacation, we had heard about a little town in the mountains of Mexico, where Americans and Canadians mingled together with the locals.
We found it, and its better than we expected, the people here are so friendly and caring, Best of all, during this economy crunch, we are able to maintain our standard of living, plus... we have the most wonderful maid named Pina, and her husband, our handyman, Juan, have adopted us ! Last friday we
had the moving company crew here, our maid, handyman and gardner, what a circus, especially because we still dont speak very good spanish, but we are learning. Its facinating how the people interact with each other, and us gringo's. The difference in customs and mannerisms is a learing experience , but we enjoy it, every day is a new adventure. Maybe tomarrow we will go down to the lake and have drinks in the little restraunt on the dock.
